Auctus was founded in 2010 with the goal of providing tailor-made solutions for problems unique to Indian businesses, which were growing faster than the rest of the world, and needed innovative strategies and significant handholding in execution. 

Auctus means “Growth” in Latin and represents our philosophy of partnering with businesses to help them thrive in a fast-changing environment, and help them make quality business decisions incorporating future uncertainties. We believe that success is predicated on great strategy followed by great execution. Our focus, therefore, is on helping our clients make critical strategic decisions customized to their contexts and back them up by ensuring the smooth execution of their strategy on the ground.  

The value we created with our partners helped fuel our growth as a company, and we saw our firm grow from six team members at inception to over 150 professionals.
